Refund, Cancellation, Complaint

Thank you for taking a course offered through ABA SPEECH LLC. Below are our policies for refunds, cancellations and complaints. Still have a question, don’t hesitate to contact use at rose@abaspeech.org.

Refund Policy

If a program needs to be rescheduled or cancelled due to illness or another emergency, all registered participants will be notified that they can receive a refund in full. This will be done at the point when the program needs to be cancelled due to an unforseen emergency.

A participant can get a full refund up to 24 hours before a live CEU event. If the participant is registering for an asynchronous CEU event, they can get a refund up to 3 days after they have registered for this event. These policies are made clear in written statements that are located within the course materials.

Resolution of Complaints

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the CEU offering that you have taken through ABA SPEECH, please contact us at rose @abapeechorg or through our website www.abaspeech.org. Please let us know your specific complaint and a representative will be in contact with you in 48 hours or less to discuss the complaint. At this point of contact, a mutually agreeable solution will be drafted by both parties to rectify the aforementioned complaint.
