Rachel Terrell is a speech-language pathologist and the owner of Rooted Therapies, a private practice focused on neurodiversity-affirming, child-led care. She is also the founder of Neuronook, a collaborative initiative dedicated to creating safe, supportive spaces for neurodivergent minds. Rachel specializes in building strong partnerships between SLPs and ABA teams, advocating for communication autonomy, sensory-informed practice, and respectful, collaborative care for autistic learners. Her work centers on helping teams move toward approaches grounded in compassion, connection, and neurodiversity.
