Nicole is an ambitious, driven and dedicated educator and behavior analyst who has been working within the special needs population for almost 20 years. Nicole started her career at the New England Center for Children where she got a Masters of Science in Education in Severe Special Needs in their partnership program with Simmons University. After working in public schools in Massachusetts, she moved to Manhattan and worked at the Manhattan Childrens Center for 11 years. There, she was a lead teacher, coordinated continuing education and eventually became the clinical director of their affiliated clinic: Manhattan Behavioral Center. Presently, Nicole works in private practice, which consists of working 1:1 directly with clients and families, consulting and training to schools, ABA businesses, and providing supervision and consultation in behavior analytic spaces. In addition, Nicole teaches at Hunter College, and is on the board of NJABA and ASAT.
