Meghan Edwards, M.A., BCBA, is a school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst, former special education teacher, and founder of School Based BCBA and The Behavior Lounge. She has spent more than a decade supporting students, educators, and school teams across public school settings while helping school-based BCBAs create practical, sustainable systems that work in real schools. Meghan is passionate about bridging the gap between behavior science and the realities of education, with a focus on role clarity, collaboration, effective consultation, and building systems that reduce burnout while increasing impact. Through trainings, consulting, and The Behavior Lounge membership community, she supports school-based BCBAs in moving from constantly putting out fires to building capacity within their schools.
