Ling is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Ontario Autism Program Clinical Supervisor with 19 years of experience implementing behavioural interventions for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. She is also a certified ESDM therapist and holds certifications across PECS, PRT, PEAK and ADOS-2. She served as Co-chair for Seneca College’s Program Advisory Committee and has taught courses in applied behaviour analysis (ABA). Ling also delivers parent training workshops through Autism Ontario and has worked internationally to help clinics deliver effective, ethical and sustainable practices. More recently, she has branched her work to include adults with aphasia. Ling’s mission is to empower the lives of people with disabilities by delivering an augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) system that is easy to navigate, incorporates behaviour analytic approaches to language development, engages parents and caregivers, and employs data-driven technology to improve outcomes for people with complex communication needs.
