Kathleen is a speech-language pathologist with more than 10 years of experience working in a variety of pediatric settings, including an inpatient brain injury unit, outpatient clinic, and a clinical trial. She has conducted research on language processing in typically-developing children as well as children with various neurodevelopment conditions. She is passionate about empowering clinicians to engage in scientific thinking about language, and has given national and local talks bridging linguistic theory and the clinical practice of speech-language pathology.
