Learning Outcomes:
1. Participants will Identify at least 3 essential leadership competencies required for clinic directors and team leaders to effectively manage clinical operations and drive teams towards success.
2. Participants will describe 2 characteristics of an individualized training program.
3. Participants will describe at least 1 way to scale effective training programs as an organization grows.
4. Participants will describe at least 1 mechanism for receiving valuable assessment and feedback of training programs to ensure they remain relevant, effective, and responsive to the evolving needs of the clinical setting.
Time Ordered Agenda:
· 0-5 minutes – Introduction and Welcome.
· 5-10 minutes – Essential leadership.
· 10-20 minutes – Overview of best practices in training programs.
· 20-30 minutes – The importance of individualization.
· 30-35 minutes – How to scale individualized training programs.
· 35 -50 minutes – Assessing and evolving your training program over time.
· 50 – 60 minutes – Q&A.
To complete the course, attend the webinar live, take the survey (link provided when you purchase this product and included in a follow-up email). When you fill out the survey a certificate will be sent to your email. If noted your participation will be reported to ASHA 60-90 days after this training. The CEU form must be completed by November 21, 2024.
