This is a 1 hour self paced CEU course. It is ASHA and ACE approved.

Description:In this webinar, participants will learn about the different types of AAC and will be learning about the basics of AAC assessment, collaboration and intervention.

Learning Outcomes

• Participants will be able to list 2 types of AAC.
• Participants will be able to state 1 AAC assessment.
• Participants will be able to state 2 ways to use AAC to teach their learners.

Time Ordered Agenda:

0-5 minutes: Introduction

5-15 minutes: What is AAC?

15-30 minutes: General AAC Assessment Framework

30-50 minutes: General AAC Teaching Strategies

50-60 minutes: General AAC Collaboration

To complete the course, view the training, take the quiz. For ACE: Fill out the evaluation under the course video, you will get a certificate and upload this to the BACB portal. For ASHA: An ASHA form will pop up after you complete the course, fill out your evaluation and we will report your participation to ASHA on your behalf.
