This is a self-paced collection of our 2 most popular courses that cover collaboration around Gestalt Language Processing. Each course is 1 hour in length and is ASHA and ACE-approved.

Building Bridges: Gestalt Language Processing, Ethics, and Interdisciplinary Respect ( this counts as an ethics CEU for SLPs and BCBAs). 

Learning Objectives for the courses:

interprofessional disagreements
2. List three ways that behavioral approaches to supporting communication
development overlap with evidence-based family-centered speech-language
pathology approaches
3. Give three examples of restating technical jargon from the participant’s field
(i.e., ABA or SLP) in plain language

4. State 2 ethical guidelines that should be utilized when providing effective therapy services. 

5. List 4 steps in a decision-making framework. 

6. State 3 collaborative case examples around gestalt language processing.

To complete each course, view the course and complete the evaluation. For ASHA CEUs fill out the ASHA form that pops up after you complete the quiz. For ACE CEUs fill out the ACE form that is available when you purchase the course. You will do this for each 1-hour course. For ACE upload your certificates to the BACB portal. For ASHA your participation if you indicate, will be reported to ASHA 45-60 days after you take the live course per ASHA reporting guidelines.
