Jessica Whitehead is in her fourth year as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in public schools, following 16 years as a classroom teacher. She is committed to inclusive, trauma-informed practices and building systems that foster collaboration, belonging, and proactive support, including work that includes eliminating restraint and isolation. Outside of work, Jessica is a wife, mom of two (plus three dogs and many plants), and enjoys the outdoors, reading, writing, and baking. She is co-host of the Strong Starts Podcast.
Sarah Gerber-Kai is a clinical social worker and school counselor with over a decade in education, beginning her career as a paraeducator. She has supported individuals ages 5 to 65, bringing a strong understanding of developmental needs and a passion for reimagining systems that uplift communities. Known for her authentic, creative approach, Sarah weaves humor, music, and movement into her work. Outside of her profession, she enjoys hula, running, her cats, and ocean swims.
