I am a dynamic and experienced doctoral level board-certified behavior analyst currently serving as the Chief Clinical Officer of Mindcolor Autism. I bring a wealth of expertise and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of neurodivergent individuals. With over 20 years of experience in the field of applied behavior analysis, I have worked in a variety of healthcare settings. In my current role at Mindcolor Autism, I lead all clinical processes and compliance, including developing and implementing strategic clinical initiatives, clinical standards and guidelines, regulatory compliance, education/training, treatment quality and outcomes metrics, clinical performance management, and developing and retaining high performing leaders and teams. Beyond my professional role, I have contributed to the research literature in meaningful ways. I authored a book on the research to practice gap in behavior analysis and have published numerous peer-reviewed articles and book chapters. My commitment to advancing the field extends to my role as a member of the editorial boards of several behavior analytic journals, where I am actively engaged in editorial work through reviewing and guest editing. While my professional accomplishments are noteworthy, I find fulfillment in my role as a mother and cherish the time spent with my young son, supportive husband, and our lively French bulldog. My expertise, coupled with my compassionate nature and unwavering dedication, make me an exceptional resource for individuals seeking guidance in the realm of behavior analysis. Whether I'm collaborating on research, navigating clinical challenges, or advocating for neurodivergent individuals, I bring a unique blend of experience, knowledge, and genuine care to all aspects of my work.
